Stonebridge Manor Committees
Chili Cook Off
This event is schedule to take place on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 3510 Ipswich Lane. Things will kick off at 3pm with the winner being announced around 6pm. Do not have to be present to win. Fellowship and Firepits will continue on in to the evening. We will have tables set up with electric available for all the crock pots of chili. We need volunteers to bring bowls, spoons, napkins, hand sanitizer, a discreet voting box along with pens and paper for votes. Crackers, corn chips, cheese or anything the committee chooses to bring will be appreciated!
We will have a few fire pits, so marshmallows or S'mores ingredients is another option.

Dog Costume Contest and Parade
Come join us for our first annual DOG HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST AND PARADE. Saturday, October 17, 2020 @ 10am. The parade route will run from the front entrance down Ipswich to Wind Chime Court where a panel of judges will be ready to judge the best costume. We are looking for volunteers to judge! There will be a small fee to sign your furry friend up, as the money collected will be donated to Five Acres Animal Shelter. The WINNER will receive a $25 PETSMART GIFT CARD and the runner up will receive a $10 gift card.
Don't have a dog, then line the parade route to cheer on your fellow neighbors and their furry friends.
WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

In the spirit of giving, please join us in adopting a family this upcoming holiday season. We will be asking for donations in order to make this a success. As soon as we have information on the adopted family, it will be emailed out to everyone, as well as posted to the website.
We anticipate delivering all the donated gifts some time around December 20th. Further details to come.

Front Entrance Decoration
Our front entrance is the first thing we all see when coming in to our neighborhood, as well as all visitors. Having some fun decorations that change periodically throughout the year, is a great way to spruce up the entrance and add some life to our "Neighborhood Front Door."
If you enjoy decorating and would like to share your talents with the rest of us, please join the decorating committee to beautify our front entrance.
COMMITTEE CHAIR: Open Spot
Food trucks do more than provide creative alternatives to the same old lunch and dinner options.
They bring neighbors together.
We all live in an association for a variety of reasons and whatever those reasons we all have a common desire to be there. Bringing residents together over food gives an easy way for neighbors to meet and have great conversation.
The committee members would need to contact some local food trucks and see if they are interested in visiting the community on a set day of the month or day of the week.
Let all the residents know that there will be a food truck visiting the community and that everyone is encouraged to come out and try the food.
Maybe even set aside some space for games for the kids or even the adults.
Have fun and enjoy an adult night out without the hassle of going out!
We will need committee members to help set dates, set schedules for all the those homes that are participating, decide if you want a theme night or just a relax and be yourself night.
This is a VERY successful event throughout many neighborhoods and we are hoping to start a new tradition here at Stonebridge Manor.
Join today if you want to be a part of the fun!
