What your board members do?
The position of a Stonebridge Manor Subdivision Board Member is strictly a volunteer position. They receive no salary or benefits, and spend a great deal of their time working for the residents of our subdivision. The following is a general idea of the things your board members do:

Handle questions about subdivision indentures and governance

Plan and hold neighborhood meetings

Setup committees, plan and schedule neighborhood functions

Work hand in hand with subdivision management company; annual billing of the assessment and mailings

Negotiate and execute contracts with companies who perform work and supply services to the subdivision; Electric company provides street lights and their power, Maintenance of common areas, Maintenance of front entrance sign, and any other repairs or maintenance to community items or areas

Work with lawyers to change or create future indentures, collect past due assessments

Handle complaints related to subdivision indentures; investigate violations of the indentures, provide information to residents on indenture compliance
